Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, no tears or marks. 

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at dngllc.services@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 4-5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
