The Calm Down Spot started when calming down my anxiety and depression meant clinging to Jesus. 

In a world that feels loud, overwhelming, and fast-paced, I wanted to create a space that gently reminds people to remember who is with them. The Calm Down Spot exists to encourage, uplift, and motivate you no matter if you are a new believer, returning to faith or seasoned believer. This is a community rated E for everyone and my mission is simple: to help people calm their hearts by pointing them back to Jesus.

The Jesus is With Me™  Charm was created as a tangible reminder of Christ’s presence, peace, and protection in your everyday life. Symbolized through the bear Jesus is carrying, it’s the same way He clings onto us in real life - meeting us in moments of anxiety, stress, uncertainty, and stillness.The bear reflects childlike faith, emotional safety, and the comfort found when we surrender our worries to Him.. The number 91 on the charm serves as a reminder of Psalm 91, declaring that we are covered, protected, and never alone
